Has a full kitchen with range/oven, full bathroom and sleeper sofa. Keeping with our Classic Movie theme, Little Reata got it's name from the Epic film "Giant." If you've ever wanted to experience living in a tiny home while fishing from the backyard come stay here! The second bedroom is a beautiful loft in this 6 year old 900 sq ft lakefront retreat. Cute Athens is only 5 miles away, and Canton's First Monday is 30 miles away. After a fun day of fishing, kayaking, SUP races, swimming in the lake, pedal boating, feeding the ducks, cornhole, or frisbee throwing enjoy a gorgeous east TX sunset with your favorite beverage and then a fire with s'mores.

Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Smart TV works from your hot spot. BluRay player. 1 mile-Green Goat Winery (open Fri/Sat) and 3 miles- Blue Moon Nursery. 20 min-Canton, 20 min-Tyler, 10 min-Ben Wheeler for great food/music.

Welcome to your dream lakeside retreat! This stunning 2-bedroom, 2-full-bath lake house offers breathtaking 8-mile views of Lake Palestine, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. You may also enjoy docking your boat or fishing at the boathouse. We have 2 private boat ramps for you to use in the neighborhood. (Key to unlock the gate for the boat ramps is on the key rack). Please always place back on the key rack. It is $100 to replace.

This cabin is a tiny house that sits 100+ ft. away from the main house with a privacy fence and oak trees in between. We call it the Meadow House. This stay features a very cozy private yard space with a fire pit, outdoor grill, and patio area. Inside you'll find a cabin atmosphere with exposed wood and modern amenities. There are 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, living room, and kitchen.
