Nestled in the heart of Derbyshire, we are confident our beautiful bijou haven will provide you with a relaxing environment to enjoy whilst exploring the many attractions the beautiful peak district has to offer. The property is ideal for couples or for families with younger children (max 2 adults & 2 children up to age 13) Situated within the 1.5 acre garden of the main property, we are confident you will feel close to nature whilst enjoying the privacy of the private courtyard garden space.

There is a bedroom and bathroom downstairs, the bedroom has a great view down the fields! Upstairs there is a king size bed with a ensuite, family bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms! You have a private patio area to the rear of the cottage where the hot tub is so you can relax in peace! Also keep a look out for the barn owl!!

A few years ago, we converted our barn into a light and clean holiday home, ideal for families or a group of friends. Set in the village of Holbrook which has great access to both the city centres of Derby and Nottingham or the beautiful countryside within the Peak District national park. Holbrook also offers a local shop, and two real ale pubs, all within easy walking distance
