'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

I 2 minutes from the M6 and A6 you are in easy reach of Lancaster, Preston, Blackpool and The Lake District. 5 Minutes drive to Scorton and Wyresdale Park Wedding Venue *Pets are welcome, the charge is £60 per visit.Please note that pets cannot be left unattended at any time.

We are close to the coast and the location is perfect for walkers, being tucked away on the Lancashire coastal way footpath. Onsite is our own brewery Farm Yard Brew Co which has street food every weekend and live music occasionally more information on their website
