This is a pristine apartment in Decatur's old West End. It is on the main level, so the only stairs are outside, up to the front porch. The unit has been completely updated but has not lost its original charm. The area is quiet and safe. Taylor is a wonderful host, and responds quickly. It is within minutes of Millikin University and the renovated downtown Decatur area, with plenty of shops and eating establishments. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay — the home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and there’s a beautiful park close by as well. Olabisi was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. I would absolutely love to stay here again if I’m ever back in the area!

My husband and I had a somewhat unique situation for requiring a place to stay. We live locally to the property, and needed somewhere to go while our plumbing was being completely replaced. We also needed to find somewhere that allowed us to bring all our pets with us during the work. Phillip and colleagues were extremely responsive and accommodating to our needs, and were especially helpful when I had some confusion about the check-in. (This was 100% my issue, and they were under no obligation to fix the problem I created, and yet, they did, for which I am VERY appreciative.) I hope to not require these services again in the future, but I know we can count on this host to make it all work!

Absolutely loved this place and mindy is so responsive. I would definitely recommend this place to my fellow travelers and for sure we will visit this place again.

This Airbnb is very cozy, spectacularly clean and decorated so nicely! The beds are super comfortable, the shower pressure is perfect and the owners have put a lot of thought and care into this home. I will say, as others have noted that the house is on a corner at a stoplight where there is quite a bit of traffic so road noise is noticeable but not bothersome. There is a sound machine available if that bothers you. We used this Airbnb as a cozy spot for a visit to ISU, and it was convenient to everything. 10/10, great hosts and cozy Airbnb!

A beautiful place and an exceptional value in a nice area. The lodgings are spacious and comfortable, and the neighborhood is walkable and close to downtown shops. Everything was wonderful. The only thing that might be an issue for some is a train horn from nearby tracks that sounds periodically, including at night. Otherwise, it's a little slice of paradise.

Another wonderful stay! I so enjoy a get away here. Comfortable, clean, relaxing and fun. I love the decorating with so many interesting things. there is a free little library out front and the location is a great place to take a walk. Highly recommend. I will stay again!

We have loved staying with Jackie and have stayed with her many times over the last 4 years. Our daughter is graduating this year but if we are ever spending time in the area we will definitely see if she has something available

We had a fantastic stay at The Audrey! The location is unbeatable—right in downtown Springfield, close to historic sites, great restaurants, and just minutes from the Capitol. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area! The second-floor unit was beautifully designed with a great mix of historic charm and modern comfort. The space was immaculate and well-stocked, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen made meals easy, the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hosts provided clear communication and seamless check-in, making the entire experience effortless. If you're looking for a stylish, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in Springfield, this is it! We’d absolutely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Returned home for family funeral and was delighted to find an air bnb in Roanoke. Allowed me to “be home” during a difficult time rather than travel back and forth to another town. Mary Beth accommodated me for an earlier check-in so we could meet with the funeral director and set up for the visitation. She responded quickly to my questions and was always helpful. The Owl’s Nest is a delightful place to stay. Very comfortable, clean, and cheerful atmosphere. Beautiful setup. And although we were there during a deep freeze outside, the character of the apartment, warmed our hearts. The sitting area was perfect for the quiet conversations and sharing we needed at that time. Although we stayed for a short time and didn’t use the kitchen (except the refrigerator) or the laundry facilities, if I returned for longer stays, I could see it being perfect.

My stay was very comfortable. Feels like your own little apt for a short stay. Nice to have pool and gym access. Ryan was also quick to respond to any messages.

Perfect getaway! Celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday and we had a wonderful time! The apartment was very comfortable and the pool and game room were so enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for a peaceful getaway or a group party getaway!

I stayed here for a 2-night stay & only needed a place to sleep and shower. This place was clean and easy to locate and Parking was ample and just outside the building. There was a full size kitchen and living room area; however, I did not have a need for either. Instructions for access and check-in were clear. I will definitely stay here again.
