The Barrel Proof Bungalow

This stylish 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home on the "Kentucky Bourbon Trail" has been a labor of love and full remodel down to the studs. The Barrel Strength Bungalow is centrally located between Interstate 65 (Jim Beam) and Bardstown's city center. A unique outdoor living space with one of a few hot tubs in Bardstown area Airbnb's. Also offers a firepit, outdoor grill and patio area. More than 15 distilleries within an hour's drive and approximately 30-35m to Downtown Louisville and Churchill Downs.

Bring the whole family to this private country getaway. With 2500 sq ft of living space and 7 total acres you’ll have plenty of space to explore! Of those 7 acres, 3 of them are a private lake great for fishing, swimming or a paddle boat. This “guesthouse” is the finished basement of the house we live in. These are 2 completely separate spaces with their own entrances. We live in the upstairs and offer our 2500 sq ft finished basement with its own living room, kitchen, game room & 2 bedrooms.
