We have a beautiful pond in the back. Perfect for you to relax and BBQ while enjoying our wonderful Florida weather. Large loft located in the Grand Central/Warehouse Arts District. There are a lot of great restaurants, bars, breweries, art galleries, boutique and antique stores all within walking distance. You can walk to everything and the buses are really close and convenient. This is a craft beer lover's dream. There are several breweries within blocks. The best coffee shop (Bandit Coffee) in St Pete is only two blocks away, as well.
