Located on a quiet street, the apartment is only a few minute’s walk from frequent transport connections, fantastic local cafes, green spaces and food stores. This creative home has been lovingly and stylishly renovated. It's peaceful and inspiring with a modern shower room, fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping/living section, a work/dining area and a private garden. The double bed is a high-quality, velvet sofa bed. There is a large dining table workspace and plenty of room to relax in.

Newly-renovated, charming home

Welcome to my lovely Victorian flat, full of rustic character and charm. The flat is a really spacious with a huge bedroom, dining room, kitchen and cozy lounge. Less than 5 mins from Clapton St, connecting you to Central London, and served by local buses to take you across Hackney. On the doorstep are great pubs and restaurants such at Sodo Pizza and My Neighbours the Dumpling, and the flat is a 10 min walk from charming Stoke Newington.

My beautiful modern apartment is located in the vibey borough of Hackney, zone 2. It is fantastically located, within 6 minutes walking distance of the overground, and close to many hip bars, cafes and restaurants and also close to lovely leafy, Victoria Park. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a comforable muji sofa bed, that can be converted into a double bed, and a private bedroom.
