The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. Especial para parejas o gente que se examine de examenes, no hay ruido ninguno. Caben 3 personas Wifii. Superequipado. Para aparcar, hay zona verde y azul de pago, alquilo parking por un precio módico, siempre y cuando no lo necesite yo. Ojo, reservo fin de semana completo. Hay supermercados cerca, bares, parque, etc.

Dos habitaciones, individual y doble , un living room con un sofa cama doble muy comodo , dos baños. En uno de los barrios más bonitos de Madrid, Chamberí, al lado del famoso barrio de Moncloa. Muy cerca del centro, pero con el silencio y la tranquilidad . Rodeado de restaurantes, cafés, bares y tiendas. Pasea por el barrio castizo de Chamberí, vete de compras a la famosa Calle Fuencarral y camina hasta el centro dando un bonito paseo. Tiene ascensor.
