Winchester is also accessible by foot ( 45 mins) or a short 5 minute train or bus away. London is an hour by train and other local attractions include Marwell Zoo, Peppa Pig World, South Coast, Portsmouth and New Forest.

A stylish secluded, two storey, oak framed barn with tennis court, 4 miles from Winchester. Homely space with two bedrooms plus a sofa bed (upon request) and ground floor open plan living area. Super fast WiFi. The Barn adjoins the Watercress Way and stands separately in the grounds with views over open Hampshire fields. Nearest neighbour c.1 mile away but there is loads to do in the area with an abundance of country pubs, one or two within walking distance and beaches within 50 minutes

It has 1 bedroom on ground floor level and a cloak/shower room. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms 1 twin, 1 double and 1 king with ensuite and a large bathroom with bath and separate shower. There are 2 terraces one with private hot tub, parking and a lawn area with summer house containing games.

Guests are able to have privacy for relaxation and enjoy views of horses grazing and the comings and goings of the British wildlife. Just 4 minute drive to the market town of Bishops Waltham or you can join and follow the infamous Pilgrims Trail and walk there in just 30 minutes.
