These former stables have been thoughtfully converted into three luxurious, contemporary holiday homes situated within the owners grounds in a semi-rural location which is well situated for exploring all the North West has to offer. The market town of Garstang just 8 miles away and the popular North West coast of Blackpool just 30 mins away by car and within easy reach to Southport and Lytham St Annes.

This charming, modern two-bedroom lodge is ideal for a romantic getaway. Situated in the private gated residential area of the park, it is surrounded with the most gorgeous scenic landscape of the Ribble Valley. It is the perfect place to simply get away from it all or to unwind after a lovely day of exploring. All guests have full access to the holiday park’s amenities. However, if that is not your cup of tea, you are only a short walk from the heart of the gorgeous, quaint town of Longridge.

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

The property is situated in the enclosed gardens of a Grade II Listed Farmhouse with ample private parking. Easy proximity to Leigh Sports Village, Pennington Flash, RHS Bridgewater and Haydock Race Course, M62 Junction 9, M6 Junctions 22 & 23, Newton-le-Willows Railway Station, Warrington Station, halfway between Manchester and Liverpool.
