This is a classic maisonette ( 2 houses separated by a common wall), decorated tasteful in the era it was built and sits on a magnificent, quiet,tree lined avenue with all you'll need at the end of the street. Supermarkets, GPO, New Cinema, Transport to the city, along with a brilliant Hip Dinning Culture. On the other end of the street you'll find a beautiful park with BBQ, a great playground for children up to the age of 10 and a footy oval where you and your pet can get your daily excersise

The Writer's Studio, Barossa

Perfect for one or two people, The Writer's Studio is fully self-contained. It has a really comfortable and firm inflatable queen bed. Away from the main house, it opens out onto a small orchard. This is a quiet oasis you can enjoy in between exploring all the Barossa has to offer. It has dining and sitting areas as well as a reading nook in the loft. It has a sofa which can open out for a child if necessary. Or we can set up another inflatable bed in the loft, accessed by a loft ladder.

Luxury 2 storey home in the heart of the Barossa Valley with pool table and antique baby grand piano. 3 bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th with a double with bunk and an extra bed, suitable for a fourth couple or children. A small park borders the home on 2 sides with room to play cricket, football or soccer! Prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen or take short stroll to the Weintal for breakfast, lunch or dinner, or dine out at anyone of the famous Barossa restaurants.

Our retreat gets you back to nature... with vineyard and scrub walks, (accompanied by at least one of our Border Collies), friendly geese, an inquisitive free-roaming peacock, hens, rescued & wild kangaroos, the occasional Koala and a myriad of birdlife. Take in the views from the verandas, sit by the campfire (during the cooler months) or relax in the hammock.

This really is a unique slice of paradise that we want to share with the world. Only 25 minutes from Adelaide's CBD, 10 minutes to Henley Beach and Semaphore and an eternity away from the husltle and bustle. You really feel like you are on a desert island because the crowds don't gather at West Lakes Shore Beach.

Clean well presented fully equipped home within easy access to shopping centre and public transport. It is a lovely quiet area where you can explore the many walking tracks or stroll down to the nearby lake, a great location for a day trip to explore the Barossa Valley Wine region. The City is a short 25min bus ride once there you can jump on and off the free tram service exploring the many attractions in our beautiful city of Adelaide or catch a tram down to beautiful Glenelg Beach
