Andy was very helpful and very accommodating. We needed somewhere last minute and he was very quick to respond and get the house ready for us. Beautiful home. Everything you could need and a great location.

Absolutely amazing house in Riverton. A buddy and I spent the month of February here and had the most incredible trip. Close to the mountains (45 mins to BCC / 30 mins to LCC). Lusy was extremely responsive and even accommodated us with some home equipment to make our remote work experience easier. The highlights of the home are the back deck, the kitchen, and the living room. The couch is the best thing to come back to after a long day of skiing / riding. TV was great, all of the rooms were well kept, the washer / dryer was fantastic. Kitchen was well equipped but could use a few more pots / pans and a new filter in the water dispenser on the fridge. Very close to gyms, grocery stores, and only 20-25 mins away from downtown SLC. Highly recommend K1 Go Kart Racing and Fat Cats as other activities outside of skiing. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and would definitely come back again. Will miss this place and the beautiful views! Thank you for having us!

The house was the perfect spot to stay during our visit in Salt Lake City, our only wish was that we were staying longer! The neighborhood is quiet and it was easy to get around. My favorite was the backyard, especially at night with the lights and hot tub. I loved the character of the house as well! I would recommend this place to anyone and would come back for sure!

I found the photos for this rental intriguing and was so pleased that the actual backyard and interior were even better than the photos. So many beautiful and private spots in the backyard, complete with a koi pond and the relaxing sound of a waterfall. The outdoor lighting made the yard magical at night. The interior was comfortable, very clean, and designed in a very pleasing way. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the deck off the master bedroom was such a nice touch. Both Eddy and Sausha were experts at communication. The location was within walking distance to the Handle Bar, a very popular eating spot. I thought that the original homes in the area added charm to the neighborhood even though some were in obvious need of repair. Unfortunately some investor thought it was a great idea to add modern apartment buildings to the street without regard to maintaining the charm. We would consider staying at this rental again.

Amazing little play to stay for a few days. Our check in had a hiccup, however host made sure to handle it quickly and got us in asap. Place was super clean. Side note parking is limited on the street due to how close they are to the university. We were picking up our student from the U of U, bust just so happens jelly roll had a concert at the university. Make sure you park legally and registration is up to date. We forgot to place our 25 sticker on our plates. So they got us lol. But that’s not the host fault. Just a side note lol. We saw a lot of cars cited that night. lol. Thank you for the good night sleep. Bed was nice and firm and comfy.

everything is perfect, the place is fun with Table Tennis and a pool table. tons of space for big groups. Highly recommend

Cristie was fantastic. The house was also fantastic. The views of the mountains are spectacular, the house had more than enough room, for our entire family and extented family. We made use of the BBQ grill, the hot tub and even the fire pit. We even had dinner on the massive covered deck. And our little fur babies loved the large fenced backyard. Thanks Cristie, we had a great stay.

Our visit to Utah was made perfect by our stay at Gabe & Heathers house. We were there for about a week & a half & it certainly felt like home. The check in & check out instructions were very clear & easy to follow. Communication with Gabe & Heather was a breeze as they are very responsive & answered all of our questions. The house itself is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, & comfortably fit our family of 8 with enough privacy for everyone. There are 2 full bathrooms, one downstairs & one on the main level & having 2 showers helped us in the morning when we would all get ready. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need in order for you to make your own meals & the cabinets contain basics such as oil, salt, etc. The neighborhood was quiet & the beautiful Mountain View greetings were always nice! We recommend staying here with your family, as we found it to be accommodating & it made us feel right at home! We hope to be back to Utah soon & we will definitely come back here!

Had a great experience. The rental was clean, nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. It’s a cozy space, but worked great for two adults and four small kids. Ali and Mike were great hosts. They were very responsive, hospitable and made us feel at home. The location is also beautiful. Definitely recommend.

Comfortable space and convenient to the location I needed for training, quiet building to be able to relax while learning.

What can I not say about this place. First off, the location is amazing. Very peaceful area considering it being right off the highway! Gas station is across the street and there’s amazing breakfast spots less than a mile away. The house was amazing. Very clean, the central heat was amazing for the 30 degree Salt Lake Weather! I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making my home away from home, perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Tim’s! The place was immaculate and a great location for our trip. Close to downtown and a lot of nice food options in the area. We also loved that the property was quiet and gated.

Ashley's apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities necessary for our stay. Its downtown location was very convenient. We would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

Vince really helped us out of a jam. After booking another unit in same building that was unsatisfactory, we were able to book this lovely unit for the week. Vince had a cleaner come in to get it ready for us at the last minute. Totally saved our vacation Unit was quiet and spacious. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms would make this unit ideal for 2 couples. In unit laundry made it possible for us to wash and dry ski gear daily. Unit is close to an elevator which made bringing equipment back and forth a breeze. We will be staying here again to visit our son at the U!

Had a great stay at Point of View. Hosts provided clear instructions and were friendly and accommodating. Dog-friendly with fairly easy access to a dog run and lots of nearby trails. Apartment was very cute and clean!

Our stay was wonderful! Mark was so helpful and responded quickly if we had a question. Which was rare, the description and details provided to us prior to our stay were thorough and left little to ask about. The cabin was quiet and private yet close enough to anything we needed or wanted to do. Highly recommend!

Incredible location for Solitude / Brighton! Cozy cabin with a well-equipped kitchen, plus plenty of board games and a pool table. Great spot for a family vacation.

Great place to stay! Scott was very helpful in answering all our questions and giving detailed instructions on getting in. We arrived late at night and following Scott’s instructions had no problems getting in. The place has everything for a great ski vacation. Hot tub with a beautiful view of the mountains and the game room was a big plus. Easy 15 minutes drive to Canyons/Park City.

My team and I had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Amazing location close to town and the slopes. Very responsive host and we even got to check in a bit early which was great. I highly recommend this stay for anyone wanting to ski or just to get away for peace and quiet.

If you’re booshy you won’t like this place. If you are a skier/rider looking for a clean comfortable place to crash that is extremely close to Solitude/Brighton this is your place. Best value in BCC. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful place! Secluded in emigration canyon so you can enjoy all that nature has to offer and close enough to SLC to enjoy all the perks of city life. House is clean, nicely furnished and fully stocked. Incredible views with lots of natural light out all of the windows with a babbling creek right outside! Huge shower in upstairs bathroom and comfy bathtub in downstairs bathroom. Clean fresh linens in all the bedrooms, master bedroom has a wonderful mattress that sleeps like a dream. Built in desk/office in second upstairs bedroom, perfect for remote work. Separate TV room and living room for entertaining and relaxing. Fireplaces are an added bonus! Uva is a wonderful host with great communication and hospitality. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning landscape. The place was accurately described and well set up. It’s a 20 minute drive from slc and park city and right in the mountains so very private and peaceful

We loved staying here! The neighborhood was in a very convenient place but still felt nice and quiet. Everything was clean and cozy. I’d definitely recommend staying!
