Our property is conveniently located near stunning springs: Rainbow River-12 miles,offering clear waters and abundant wildlife Crystal River-18 miles,known for its manatee encounters and underwater caves Homosassa Spring- 21 miles,escape with serene surroundings and manatee sightings Chassahowitzka- 29 miles, featuring pristine waters and lush surroundings Devils Den-35 mi., underground spring perfect for snorkeling and diving Weeki Wachee-44 mi. Unfortunately, the giant tub is not operational.

Modern Lake Weir House

Best sunset on Lake Weir! Lake front with private sand beach we are located on Sunset Harbor on Lake Weir. Plenty of dock space and beach space for several boats. House is on Bird Island and setup for entertaining friends and family. House was completely remodeled in 2018 with a modern contemporary design featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. One of the rooms is a movie theater with a 100” big screen that has a futon sofa. Can take the boat to Eaton’s Beach or Gator Joes just across the lake!

As good as it gets! Lakefront - with a pool!

This 2/1 house sits directly on a large private beach with a massive enclosed pool area including an outdoor kitchen, smart TV and lots of space to relax. This is our family vacation home, so everything is there to ensure an amazing stay. A new two story dock offers spots to moor a boat or jet skis, and lots of sun and fun space: paddle boards, fire pit, picnic table, etc. A separate cottage is just behind it. Find it listed under my profile. Rent both together for a big family gathering!

Beautiful House On the River, Kayaks, Large Dock!

Come relax by the river in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental in Lady Lake, Florida. Recently built by our family in 2022, the home has a screened in back porch, a fire pit, WIFI, and is complete with a large private dock right on the Ocklawaha River. All that and it's located only 10 minutes from The Villages where you can shop and have fun. Centrally located 1-1/2 hours from Disney, Daytona beach, and Tampa. Lockbox key access is available for check-ins at any time of day.

Great central location, close to Rainbow River, Three Sisters Springs, Weeki Wachee & Devil's Den. Quiet neighborhood, great to unwind at after a day of paddling with manatees, scalloping or even local airboat tours!

Entire Home in The Villages Absolutely Beautiful!!

Neighborhood Pool, WIFI, Free Parking, Backyard View Excellent location, 2 bed 2 bath open floor plan home that borders a nature preserve looking out the lanai in the Village of Palo Alto. Walking distance to Spanish Springs and close to Lake Sumter Landing. Enjoy area amenities including pools, golf courses, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard and live entertainment every night of the week in three different locations. I do not live there. Prices include golf cart!

WaterFront Beauty (St. Martin’s Riverfront)

Direct Gulf access with no bridges - Sunsets like no other! Deep water with Floating Dock. Unique Waterfront home sleeps up to 14 people with breathtaking views of the St. Martins River and Preserve! Sunsets like no other from the wrap around porches and upper decks. Fish from the dock or watch the dolphins and manatees swim by. Take the kayaks out for a spectacular backwater adventure into the preserves. New furniture updated 9-15-23 (pics soon)

Cheerful 3 bedroom home close to everything

Cute, comfortable, and convenient home perfect for the whole family to relax in or kick off your adventures. Central to everything the area has to offer whether it is hiking, kayaking, tubing, golf, scalloping, fishing, scuba diving, biking, or even mermaids. The house is secluded and quiet. The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad

Spacious 3 bedroom house in The Villages. The house is newly renovated and features both a new 70 inch Samsung TV in the living room and a new 50 inch Samsung TV in the master bedroom with Hulu Live and Comcast Business high speed internet. The house is located near the Spanish Springs Town Center, Tierra del Sol and Glenview Country Clubs. The home sleeps 8 with privacy using a sofa bed located in the rec room.
