The Storehouse - unique retreat near Holiday World

The Storehouse, a church built in the 1890s, is nestled in the serene backdrop of Grandview, Indiana. This former sanctuary has been thoughtfully transformed into a 3 BR home, perfectly blending old-world charm with contemporary amenities. You will love the original hardwood floors and stained glass windows in every room. Less than 15 min. from Holiday World and Lincoln State Park, there is much to do. Return and unwind in the private hot tub or gather around the fire pit under the stars.

Around the Corner is truly, around the corner from everything that Santa Claus has to offer. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath property has a large family room, outdoor grilling space, eat-In kitchen, and in unit washer and dryer. If you are looking for convenience, you have found it, as we are within walking distance of Holiday World (0.7 mile), the grocery store, Dollar Store, restaurants, liquor store and more. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located property.

Whitetail Woods cabin w/ HOT TUB and Patoka pass

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin minutes from Patoka Lake entrance, winery, distillery, brewery, and dining! Perfect for family adventures, romantic getaways, ladies' weekends, and hunting trips. The cabin is located in peaceful Grant Woods surrounded by gorgeous Southern Indiana nature. You'll love relaxing in the 6-person hot tub, rocking on the covered front porch, and roasting marshmallows around the backyard fire pit. Cabin is a short drive to French Lick/West Baden.

Christmas Cottage

One block away from Holiday World! This house is a close walk to the park and a 5m drive to Lincoln Boyhood National Park and many other attractions. The house has been lovingly prepared for a Christmas theme and is ready for guests with comfy bedding, updated kitchen and bathroom, large indoor and outdoor gathering area, and all sparkling clean. This house converts from an 8 person (upstairs only) to a 12-14 person (add 4 beds, bathroom, additional kitchenette, and washer and dryer).

The Patriot House

We would be delighted to welcome you to the Patriot House. This home is tucked away on 5 acres of dreamy countryside! It features a thoughtfully designed layout of 1,440 square feet and is the perfect mix of comfort and style. While the neighbors are nearby, they are far enough away to keep your secrets safe! Just a hop, skip, and a jump from Holiday World, 15 minutes away—and just 1.9 miles from Matilda’s wedding venue, it's the perfect getaway to relax and make unforgettable memories.

Riverfront Loft Above Honey Moon Coffee Shop

Located right on the riverfront in downtown Newburgh. Perfect access for walking, hiking, running, or bike riding on the popular riverfront trail. With epic views of the Ohio River including a 2nd story balcony view of beautiful sunrises and sunsets, our stylish loft apartment is located directly over Honey Moon Coffee shop. Please note that the loft is above a coffee shop that opens at 7am each day and you will hear some noise. 2 complimentary drip coffees are included with your stay!

Lakeside Cottage

Perfect for couples, a private getaway with a soothing, rustic chic asthetic. Enjoy the wildlife, beautiful views and gorgeous sunsets from the tree tops! Propane fire pit on deck & wood fire pit in the yard with wood provided. Lots of places to relax around the property. About a 15 min drive into Owensboro which is a very cool year-round Rivertown! Iron Fence Farm - 2 miles from Holiday World

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Newly renovated 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom house only 2 miles from Holiday World! This large vintage farmhouse can accommodate 21 people with its 6 bedrooms and 14 beds all linens included. Towels and toiletries included along with custom showers with rainfall shower heads. TVs in every bedroom. All new appliances including washer and dryer. Fully stocked game room with board games for every age. No pets allowed.

Relax in this home’s cheerful and cozy atmosphere, located on the edge of Ben Hawes Park with over 4 miles of beautiful walking trails and 7.5 miles of bike trails in this gorgeous 297 acre forest. It has all the cozy touches of home as well as plenty of outdoor space including the comfy front porch, fire pit, and gas grilling area. Surrounded by fields and forest, it is the perfect place to unwind in the country. It includes a laundry room and all consumables outside of shower toiletries.
