Historic house & lush hidden garden in city center

The epitome of HYGGE! Luxurious laid back scandi vibes in the heart of the city. A stones throw from Tivoli & City Hall. This listed & stylishly restored flat has a comfy kingsize bed, bathroom w rain shower/modern kitchen/cozy living room & walk-in closet. Our guests tell us they love this rare garden apartment but the quiet all private yard is what makes it so unique. In the Emmy nominated TV serie ”The Bear” season 2, Houseboat in the heart of Copenhagen. 65 sqm, 4 rooms, bright and cosy flat on houseboat placed in the very center of Copenhagen but still quiet surroundings, sleeps 4 -5 persons. 3 beds sleeps 5 + extra mattress. Well equipped kitchen with dining area and your own patio area with view. Central heating, temperature is always nice. The houseboat has to seperate appartments in each end of the ship, with seperate entrances from each end of ship.

Charmerende loft i historisk hus fra 1730 i Københavns ældste gade. Der er 2 lejligheder mere i huset: på 1. og 2. sal. Lejligheden er på 50m2 med et stort rum med 2 enkeltsenge bag et forhæng og 1 futon med en tyk foam madras, så den er komfortable. Beliggende i en rolig gade 5 mins gang fra " Strøget". Området er hyggeligt med restauranter, cafe'er, barer & forretninger. Der ligger en Emmery på hjørnet, hvor man kan købe morgenmad, og der er køkken i lejligheden til lettere madlavning.
