Little Red in the Heart of Southside 74 E 17th St.

Incredible NEW townhome just a couple blocks from the Choo Choo, Common House and all the best restaurants Chattanooga has to offer! Walk anywhere and be in the center of it all while still being quiet and comfortable. Large, private roof top deck overlooking downtown. Please note that there are 2 queen beds, with the ability to layout an air mattress, but please keep this in mind when booking. The property has been recently renovated to provide more privacy between the two bedrooms.

Modern and mid century modern decorated condo in the middle of the Southside of downtown Chattanooga. Situated in a 100 year old brick building above a busy local coffeehouse that serves breakfast all day. Open living space and kitchen area with 2 bedrooms for privacy. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom with walk in shower and 2 person Jacuzzi tub. Also off the master is a catwalk to roof deck with great view and the back entrance to courtyard and private covered parking.
