My 1st floor condo was built in Nov 2016. The LITTLE RIVER, which originates in the GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK, is a stocked trout river and flows in my backyard. Fly fish & tube it! The CADES COVE entrance to the GSM NATIONAL PARK is just 4 miles away. Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge are near and dear.

Our above-garage apartment is open and light, complete with a full bathroom, full kitchen, bedroom with comfy queen-sized bed, private entrance, covered parking and private deck overlooking the creek. Get cozy in our hand built tiny house! We spent 2 years building this tiny house by ourselves with local Tennessee wood and put a ton of love into it and hope you feel that!
