Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

The kayaks, picnic area, & fire pit are yours to enjoy.

The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.

The Trinity Cottage is a historic gem in Dayton. It was built in the 1920’s as the parsonage for the Trinity Chapel next door. It’s been completely renovated and updated. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We are 23 miles off I-75 in Athens (exit 49- Hwy 30) to Dayton, TN. We are 23 miles off I-75 Cleveland (exit 27- Paul Huff Parkway) to Dayton, TN. Enjoy the country front porch as you watch the sunset and the playful antics of my goats and their guardian dog, a Great Pyrenees named Sampson, who happily lives with his 8 friends….Mable, Callie, Mama, Fluffy, Billy, Blanche, Rose, & Dorothy.
