Located on the edge of Tracy City, a wonderful place for hiking trails, rock climbing and peaceful natural waterfalls. Only fifteen miles away from the Bluegrass underground. Less than one mile to Firey Gizzard Trail and six miles to Foster Falls and Denny cove. Great for a quiet getaway. Nice deck on the back, cute porch on front. Nature getaway, 5 Minutes from downtown

This is an apartment in the lower area of the house and has its own entry. It has a good size living room, bedroom with only one queen bed and kitchen. Large deck with pond and garden. There are fresh towels and linens, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and some extras in case you forgot anything at home. The kitchen will usually have oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, a Kurig,regular coffee machine with coffee and a french press. Steep driveway but you can park in bottom lot.

While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.
