We had a great stay. The house is fantastic and right on the beach with a beach cafe just 100 metres away. James was really responsive and helpful.

Loved our stay! Would definitely come back - especially to say hi to the goats! Great location for our visit to Goodwood and great communication from Alison. Thanks again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Andy and Rosie's. The house is in a great location and we really enjoyed having the large field out front to play games in. Andy was very responsive to any questions and gave se great eating out recommendations. Highly recommend this accommodation.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

Fabulous studio with a wonderful shared garden in a lovely little village. The spacious and very attractive studio was the perfect spot for us to relax and enjoy the South Downs. Thank you for having us - we would come back anytime. Knut and Regina.

Another wonderful stay at this perfectly located, cosy and incredibly family friendly seaside retreat. This time the weather was better so the children could enjoy the garden as well. We will certainly be back.

I chose this house for our 3 generation family group because the are Reviews seemed so good and the photos were enticing. It lived up to expectations! It is a really lovely, spacious house for 10. Very well furnished and v comfy beds. Everything looked clean and fresh. The kitchen / dining area is especially good and well thought out. The outside playroom with children’s games and extra toys was a real bonus. Our children loved playing in the garden. The area is lovely and Birdham quiet. We had a great afternoon on the amazing beach at West Wittering. We all said it would be lovely to return again.

Thank you Karen for a very special family weekend at the beautiful Salt Shack. We felt completely at home from the minute we arrived, especially with your thoughtful welcome gifts! We loved the design, accessibility and relaxing decor, both inside and out and and all round could not have asked for a better experience. We really look forward to visiting again!

Had a lovely stay in Arundel. This apartment was in easy walking distance of the train station and the town was very close too with lots of nice walks and cafes/restaurants. The apartment was a decent size, the bed comfy and it was nice to have access to the outdoor patio and garden. Joanne was very friendly and helpful. While I was visiting the wi-fi was not the best but I was able to work for most of the time that I needed to. Would recommend!

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at The Old Cooks House. It was cosy, clean and comfortable. The beds were great and we both slept well on all nights. Jackie had left a plethora of goodies for us for breakfast and snacking and she was really helpful in guiding us to places to eat out. It was a lovely break.

Incredible place to go with kids. So much outdoor space and things to do in the garden, including the cutest fairy house! Also a 5 min walking distance from an awesome family friendly pub.

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved staying at Tatiana’s penthouse, it was stunning inside and out, the photos of the penthouse are beautiful but honestly it’s even more beautiful in real life. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning. It was the perfect place to be to celebrate my 40th Birthday. And Tatiana was an amazing host, thank you again for a lovely stay.

Auf der Reise durch Südengland mit meiner Großmutter und meiner Schwester hatten wir das Glück, dieses Goldstück zu finden. Die Unterkunft hat schon beim Öffnen der Tür einen behaglichen Eindruck gemacht und die hausgemachten Brownies zur Begrüßung waren sehr lecker. Nachdem wir uns die Wohnung angeschaut hatten, waren wir uns einig, dass wir am liebsten länger als unsere zwei gebuchten Nächte hier verbringen wollen würden - leider hatten wir natürlich keine Chance, der Kalender war noch uns bereits wieder ausgebucht. Der große Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich lädt dazu ein, sich dort gerne aufzuhalten. Die Sofas sind bequem, der Esstisch war schön groß und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer mit den dazugehörigen Badezimmern sind sehr schön, haben viel Platz und ließen für uns keine Wünsche offen. Meine Großmutter hat die Möglichkeit genutzt zu baden und war begeistert. Und wir Enkeltöchter waren auch begeistert - von dem starken Strahl der Dusche! Vielen Dank!

We had an amazing, relaxing stay. The cabin is completely secluded, surrounded by nature and deer, with spacious private fields perfect for walks—our dogs were in heaven. It was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a warm heater. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets every evening and didn’t feel the need to leave at all. Easy to find, with clear instructions from Sara. We’ll definitely be returning!

Clare was a fantastic host, providing loads of info to help us settle in and get around. Lovely cabin, very homely and had everything we needed. The Holly Bush pub is a must for fiod and friendly service. Great dog walking around the National Trust ponds, although we had to keep dogs on the lead due to ground nesting birds etc. Would definitely recommend

The stay was just lovely!:) Exactly as pictured. We went there to celebrate birthday and did a lovely BBQ&Drinks. Everything we needed was there for us to use:) Hot tub was clean, warm and relaxing. I could stay there all night watching the stars. Alexia gave us fresh orange juice, milk and home made load of bread for the morning! Never been anywhere with such a thoughtful host!:) It was very well equipped, kitchen had everything possible, fresh towels and robes, even the body wash etc in the bathroom was a quality brand:) so many board games available aswell and next time I’m gonna buy a mattress I’m gonna buy the one that was in the cabin! So comfy! Overall 11/10 experience, it was very pleasant.

I loved this little place- the indoor/outdoor living is very refreshing and the view is endlessly beautiful from the cabin. Everything is really well though through from very well prepped fire lighting material to storage and so on. Hosts kind and thoughtful. Thank you.

Stayed a night at Nick's to disconnect from city life. Was exactly what we wanted! Instructions were clear and we found the place easily. We woke up just before dawn to listen to the dawn chorus which was so lovely. Nick's recommendations for food and drink were great Nick gave us some numbers for taxis as getting to and from pubs if drinking would otherwise be challenging but these were reliable We were discussing as we were leaving coming back in summer as the whole time was so gorgeous - thanks Nick!

We had a wonderful stay at Jen and Matts. Such a beautiful and peaceful location - we did the walk to the Black Horse pub which was really nice and had a really great stay.

The Potager was perfect for our long weekend stay. Situated in a beautiful location and very peaceful. Ideal place to stay for those who like the outdoors with plenty of walking/running/cycling routes starting right outside the door. The accommodation was spotlessly clean throughout and tastefully furnished and decorated. All the amenities we needed for a weekend stay were available and in good order. Katie was welcoming and friendly throughout the weekend and gave many recommendations on places to visit or where to eat. Very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to return to the Potager (or the Coop) at some point soon.

The cabin is beautiful and the surroundings are so peaceful. Anna was a great host. We hope to come back again !
