The Lilypad is a private, delightful two-story home on Kiwanie Lake just blocks from the Southfork of the Spring River. The home sits on an acre of land with a seasonal creek. Fenced and pet friendly (1), it is a great retreat for small or larger groups (9 max). Use our boats for fishing at the lake or enjoy local shuttle rentals on the Spring River. Hardy and Cherokee Village are each a 2 mile drive. Fill your days with the beauty of the outdoors and come home to play pool or enjoy a campfire.

Flathead Retreat is a pet friendly house. **See special note in “Guest access”. *Ask about adding on our full studio apartment downstairs that can accommodate 2 more guest( additional fees)* Cherokee Village has 7 area lakes and 2 golf courses. This house is within walking distance of the South fork of the Spring River. Flathead Retreat is about a 10 minute drive from old Hardy town. It’s also just a short drive to Mammoth Spring. The start of the Spring River.

Memories await you at this unique and family-friendly mid-century bungalow on lovely Lake Thunderbird. Leave your worries and stress behind but bring your boat, ice chest, fishing gear, and favorite food and beverages. Home features 2 large bedrooms, a twin rollaway bed, and a convertible sofa in the living room. Note: the guest space is the upper level of the house. The basement is private and contains a storage room and garage/workshop which are accessed occasionally by the caretaker.

This newly remodeled gem has you enjoying two bed rooms (one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds), one full bath, a welcoming living room, wifi, and a full kitchen. Parking is along the street with stairs leading up to the house at the top of the yard. It’s 26 steps to your charming vacation home, it's vintage, and there may be a scuff on a corner, but it’s clean and comfortable - nice location at a great price! The home features 6 bedrooms, 7 full baths and 2 half baths, large game room with billiard & ping pong tables, formal living room, dining area, sitting area, kitchen, bar, laundry room, large entry hall, swimming pool (heated during winter months), 3-car garage, and large back deck.

Located in Cherokee Village, this marvelous house boasts 4 cozy bedrooms - 1 king bed, 3 full beds, 1 twin bed, and a pack'n'play. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers. Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked house, WiFi, AC, heating, and various lake toys and more during your stay. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. We allow 1 dog, but we ask that they not go on the beds or furnature, including the outdoor patio set. No cats allowed due to allergies.

Bring the whole family to this beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath home with lots of room for fun. There is also a queen hideabed in the living room. Guests have access to golf courses, mini golf, swimming pool, and 3 different lakes for a small fee. Amenities include outdoor hot tub, charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill, stocked coffee station, and plenty of firewood for the fire pit. Just bring your food and drinks.
