I had the most wonderful experience staying here! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with everything I needed close by, yet quiet enough for a relaxing getaway. Our host was absolutely fantastic — communicative, kind, and thoughtful, with great local recommendations and attention to every little detail that made the stay extra special. I especially appreciated the personal touches that made it feel so welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, stress-free stay. Lovely place. We were two couples who stayed in the Annex for a night. We were blessed with super weather so we saw it at its best, with lovely countryside views and the opportunity to eat our breakfast outside. The two separate rooms, each with en-suite and each with a small kitchen area suited us perfectly. The beds were comfortable, everything was super clean and there was plenty of space to park. A great spot a couple of miles from Malmesbury.

John and Valerie were very frindly and helpful. We were able to check in early when we arrived and were able to lock our bicycles up securely in their enclosed garden before setting of on a local walk. The accomodation was just as shown in the photos and very confortable with an old world feel about it. The converstion from a chapel to a three bedrooom, two bathroom home is charming and practical. There are two excellent local pubs, The Bell Inn next door and the Boat Inn on the other side of a foot bridge over the river Wye.

A couple of nights af Penny's excellent property gave us a chance to have a whole day at WWT Slimbridge, a fantastic venue for bird-watching which was only 10mins in the car. Penny's property is a short distance from the M5, set in beautiful gardens and very peaceful. We'd taken food we could microwave in the small kitchen for our meals, and Penny supplied cereal, milk, bread butter and Jam and marmalade, along with tea & coffee, which made life very easy for us. Her bedding linen was first rate and her beds were just right.🙂Best of all, was Penny's what3words reference, which took us exactly to her gate, wish more properties used that system. A lovely place for us to stay, we'll be returning I'm sure.

Radcot Lodge was so comfortable and cosy when my husband and I took my sister for a weekend in Oxfordshire. The space felt like a small home for the three of us and Lucinda was so kiind and generous. Everywhere was beautifully clean and the provisions supplied were ample! We will come again and I can highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to stay with Beth. The place was beautiful and exceptionally well-kept. The best part was the location where you wake up inside a lovely rustic building surrounded by a beautiful farm. When we get a chance to go to the Cotswolds, we will go back there again. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for calm after a day of exploring the Cotswolds and Bath.

Dee was a great host and very easy to communicate with, warm and accommodating. The garden apartment is a delight and we enjoyed our stay. We were only there for 1 night but could have happily stayed for longer. There was a lovely welcome basket in the kitchenette. There were lots of little things in case you needed them - including a hot water bottle, torch, phone charger etc. The heating was easy to use and the apartment was warm and snug. It's difficult to describe but the atmosphere of the apartment was very welcoming and relaxing - it had a nice vibe.

We adored staying with Rosamond and Maarten. Everything was prestine and comfortable with a really cosy feel. If anything we wanted to stay longer! Easy walking distance to the centre of town and she really helped us out with an early check in and options to leave the car after check out. Will definitely be rebooking when we're back in Stratford

We loved our stay with Tori. We instantly felt welcome and right at home. The place itself is decorated so nicely that it feels like a home away from home. It was very dog friendly, we felt very secure letting our dogs roam around in the garden. There was an abundance of recommendations of pubs and places to go so we didn’t have to try and find things ourselves. The bed was super comfy, so much so that we now want a new mattress! We will 100% be staying here again!

We had the best time staying at the Annexe. It was really clean & cosy. The location was also great & just a short walk from the town centre, which we had 2 amazing meals during our 2 night stay. Dale really went above & beyond to make sure we felt at home. Thank you for a wonderful stay

We had an absolutely fabulous few days staying here. The location was perfect as was the accommodation. Beautiful peaceful village with excellent walks to the surrounding villages. The studio was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well equipped. Everything you needed was available and more. Lovely outdoor area with comfortable rattan style dining table and chairs. Andrew met us upon arrival, very welcoming with helpful information, nothing would have been too much trouble if we needed anything during our stay.

Beautiful space and decorated to a really high standard. There is the noise from the busy road however it was still a really lovely cottage garden feel. It is a studio (one room and a bathroom ) which is mentioned however I would have valued a photo to reflect that. Definitely worth staying here!

We had the best time staying at Lucy’s place. It had all the things we needed to feel comfortable and at home, plus a few extras! Church Westcote is a gorgeous little village and is very close to Stow on the Wold and Bourton-on-the-Water. It was so quiet and peaceful, looking over the fields and watching Delilah and her friends play in the garden. Thank you, Lucy. If we are ever in the area again, we will be back! Steve and Sonia

Just returned from a wonderful weekend at Letitia's annexe. Absolutely gorgeous property, perfect for 2. Such a generous welcome pack, and everything you could possibly need. Did some lovely walks along the river and down to Buscot House. Letitia and Spencer were friendly and approachable but still gave us plenty of privacy. We were really lucky to have fantastic weather as well. Highly recommend!

Lovely weekend at the Loft cottage. Beautiful location surrounded by nature, with very nice walks at a short distance, which is great as we had our dog with us. 5 mins away from cozy little village of Lechlade, with some nice pubs. Despite having a main road right behind, it was very quiet during the night. Good communication with the hosts and very easy check-in/out. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we would consider it again for the future.

We had a fabulous stay with Joel and Hannah! Beautiful annex with everything you need, plenty of walks on your door stop and lots to do. We couldn’t have asked for more - thank you for having us!

I was in Malvern to visit my father and the guest house was on the right side of Malvern to choose the guest lodge. I made a last minute booking and found a beautiful place to stay. The lodge was very peaceful with great views and a garden for the sole use of guests. There is a veranda which I was able to sit out in the evening and on my 2nd and final day I sat and had my breakfast outside. There was lots of details of walks and after a very busy day I was able to do a 30 minute walk around a bluebells wood. The breakfast was very welcome. The studio is very comfortable and cosy. I will definitely come back as I will be visiting my father regularly but I am keen to explore this beautiful side of the Malvern Hills and do more walking of the hills themselves. Thankyou Vicky.

We had a lovely quiet stay at Anne’s woodland annex. The place gives a real feeling of being in a remote part of the world while being a short distance to Monmouth. We most enjoyed the fire pit and the amazing sunset we got to enjoy up a path 200 metres behind the property. Anne and Andy were friendly and discreet hosts. We’ll be back for sure.

lovely escape. peaceful with fantastic walking straight from the door. can walk into Stroud along a peaceful country lane in c45mins. great pub short walk away. Caroline was a lovely responsive host. would definitely recommend.

As all the other reviews state, Liz is extremely accommodating and helpful and provided transportation multiple times when it was convenient for both of us, as I was without a car. I found it easy to walk to town and local restaurants. I much preferred The Hare over The Lamb Inn for food and drinks. Liz also showed me two different lovely walks to take. I would stay here again. It’s quite nice to be in the country and the town is convenient enough to everywhere else.
