Construite de façon écologique avec son bardage en bois brulé, son style atypique ne vous laissera pas insensible. Vous profiterez de sa grande terrasse et sa vue imprenable sur l'étang aux beaux jours, ainsi que de son intérieur avec son atmosphère douce et cosy, et son poêle à bois pour vos longues soirées.

Logement de plain-pied, situé dans un petit village de Charente. Venez vous ressourcer au grand air dans notre maison chaleureuse. C’est une demeure traditionnelle charentaise, entièrement rénovée et confortable. Lieu idéal pour se réunir en famille ou entre amis, dans un cadre calme et reposant. Vous profiterez autant de l’intérieur que de l’extérieur grâce à une grande terrasse (35m2) ombragée par la vigne ainsi qu’un jardin entretenu et entièrement clôturé de plus de 900m2 et sans vis-à-vis.

Set in the heart of Verteuil a petite citie de caractere in the Charente we welcome you to Ma jolie petite maison, a one double bedroomed gite that sleeps 4. The building is over 200 years old and has been completely refurbished in 2024. With exposed stone walls and original fireplaces, lit by vintage French chandeliers and tasteful wall lights, the gite is both cosy and comfortable. During your stay you will have exclusive use of the heated swimming pool and a large Moroccan style barn.

Cuisine équipée (cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire, four micro-ondes), salle de douche avec sèche serviette. Chaise haute bébé, jouets. Poêle à bois à ravitailler. Netflix. Logement avec petit extérieur : place de parking, table, barbecue et spa gonflable (en option - 30 euros la 1ere nuit / puis 20 / et dégressif si long séjour).

Dans un environnement protégé, vallonné et boisé de Charente Limousine, maison traditionnelle charentaise, entièrement restaurée, située dans un parc d'un hectare. Grande pièce familiale de 50m2. Grande terrasse en pierre ombragée par un pin parasol. Poêle à bois dans salon. Située en bordure de village avec accès direct aux chemins. Cadre idéal pour les sportifs et/ou les familles voulant profiter de la nature et des animaux : Chevaux, brebis, poules sont présents sur la propriété.

The Cowshed

Stay in the old cowshed on our small farm, set in just under 2 hectares of pasture and woodland, full of wildlife. A great base for exploring Charente and all it has to offer. A rustic Gîte deep in the Charente countryside. Access to our homemade saltwater pool overlooking the valley during the summer months. Badminton/Volleyball and pickleball nets on site. Just 40 minutes from Angoulême. Less than 15 mins from Nanteuil-en-Vallée and Verteuil-sur-charente.
