The "Sunshine Cabin" enjoys ample natural sun year around from its lofty position up in the trees. The large picture window overlooking Big Lake provides a birds eye view (partial view) of both the canopy and lake. This 81’ deep lake has an island and home to many types of fish that's why we brought fishing/recreational kayaks for our guests. The boat launch access is just 1.6 miles from the sunshine cabin. The cabin is secluded on 1.45 acres of trees. The place has 18 stairs to the 2nd floor.

Our home is attached to the guest suite but guests access their suite via a secured private entrance. The Pickeral Palace is set on a quiet, peaceful lot on Pickeral Lake. This is a no-motor lake located next to all-sports Fife Lake. The cabin features an older section with a unique cedar-wood kitchen, a more modern living room, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The living room and master bedroom have sliders to a large deck that has a commanding view of the lake. Modern, fully-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities included. Quiet relaxation awaits.

One room rustic cabin with private bath Sleeps 4 max comfortably. Small refrigerator, coffee pot ,toaster oven/air-fryer, outdoor firepit, and outdoor propane grill. Overlooking small pond. We currently have bald eagles and golden eagles sighted daily. Close to the snowmobile trail, 4-wheeler trails, horse trails and the Pigeon River State forest. I-75 does run along side of property, but has a tree line which blocks the sight of it.
