Step through the carriage doors and into an open interior with polished concrete floors, plus a kitchen with navy cabinets and stone countertops. The bedroom comes with barn door, bamboo floors, and 55" HDTV, while a verdant garden awaits outside. Enter the guest house thru carriage doors to a first floor open living space with kitchen, sofa and 60'' HD flatscreen TV. Polished concrete floors and stone countertops. Exit to open, outdoor staircase leading to an upper bedroom with Cal-King Bed, bamboo floors, dresser, 55'' HD TV, comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity. Wifi / Cable / AC & Heating units in each room. Design is a mix of beach cottage with contemporary accents. 2 Blocks to beautiful Ocean Avenue to watch gorgeous California sunsets or walk to beach. 2 Blocks to Montana Avenue shopping and cafes. Close to Promenade and Metrolink. Unbeatable Location ! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The bungalow is a separate guesthouse but owners are present on the property in the main house. Outside table with a bench and chairs are perfectly located for morning coffee lunch or evening cocktail. We live in the front house so feel free to reach out to us with any questions and/or concerns regarding your stay. Leave the car behind - the beach, restaurants, cafes, and shops, are all an easy walk away. Rent a bike nearby to explore further. Watch the sunset over the water from Ocean Avenue, 2 blocks away, while Metrolink and Promenade are also close. Lovely, Bright, Clean & Quiet Bungalow for two adults only (sorry no children/infants, NOT CHILDPROOFED. Private entrance off alleyway. Gourmet kitchen, Subzero, Viking Stove, walk in shower, Rain Head. Beautiful hardwood floors, large windows that bring in the sun & ocean breezes. Watch the sunset while having dinner at the kitchen table. 5 min walk to beach, 10 min walk to The Riviera with restaurants, shopping . Grab the cruisers, ride on the Strand to Hermosa or Manhattan. A cozy, lux 1920 pied a terre in historic Hollywood (West Hollywood adjacent). 30-day plus Ok if traveling in and out of LA. LADBS-permitted and renovated in Sunset Square, the cottage is nestled at the base of the Hollywood Hills, walking distance to hiking trails and restaurants, Sunset Strip nightlife blocks away. A cozy oasis with soundproof walls, tucked back into a private yard, amidst lush with mature greenery. Very private with separate entrance. My primary residence when vacant.

Location, Location! Our historic and delightful surf row bungalow is ideally located, with a beautiful work space and fenced yard for your pooch. It has central air and is a 5 minute walk to the beach or downtown Main Street while also sitting on the edge of Ventura's artistic Funk Zone. Coffee, wine bar, breweries and restaurants are all only 100 ft away. Enjoy Ventura's amazing year round weather and vibrant culture, but leave your car in the driveway— no need to drive during your stay.

Walking distance to Hillhurst and Vermont Ave. - the best restaurants, bars, book shops, theaters and entertainment. Enjoy coffee on the porch, cooking in the updated and spacious kitchen, dine indoors or outdoors, relax in the jacuzzi, and get cozy with an evening fire at our Malm fireplace. Gated with parking.

Drink morning coffee on the front porch of this tranquil Craftsman, shaded by a stunning arched bougainvillea. Compact but peaceful at 600 square feet, the house has a teak back deck, bright contemporary decor, and an airy, indoor-outdoor feel.
