Included is wifi, 150+cable tv, fully equipped kitchen, on-site washer/dryer use, and weekly housekeeping (upon request).   Great and safe area, and walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, shopping, entertainment, a 15-minute walk to the beach, and conveniently across the street from a local supermarket!

Santa Monica Pier 2 beds apartment! Spacious

This stylish place is close to must-see destinations. Centrally located off Ocean ave, walk to beach, pier, 3rd street promenade. Large spacious unit with 2 queen beds and kitchenette. Fully equipped with kitchen wares and an island seating. Please note this unit is located above a popular bar/restaurant called the Whaler, it will be noisy at night and music is loud. This is a great place if you are high energy and looking to have fun.
