IN PASEO DEL PRADO AREA, UNESCO´S WORLD HERITAGE SITE- Escape to this meticulously curated lifestyle apartment for peace and tranquility. The studio space boasts an open-plan living area, rich red and yellow tones, soaring ceilings, and a walkout to the secluded outdoor lounge. RECOMMENDED FOR COUPLES OR COUPLES WITH CHILDREN. NOT FOR THREE ADULTS In a unique space with almost 4 meters high, in this "Pied a terre" which receives its light, both from the huge windows open to a restricted traffic street and from its green “Patio” courtyard, have combined vintage pieces of the years 70 and 80 of s. XX, with signatures such as those of Pierre Folie (Jacques Charpentier), Paco Rabanne and the Spanish designer Oscar Tusquets. It has created a sophisticated but cozy atmosphere, to which the spectacular patio, unique in Madrid, adds a fresh and magical touch. The Loft has a double bed (1.50 x 1.90) and an extra individual bed for a child not older than 16 years. Emiliano and Javier are available for what our guest needs. We live just 10 minutes from the Studio, trying to be close to your needs. Just in Paseo del Prado Area, reciently declared by UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE over 400 years ago, literary figures Lope de Vega, Calderón de la Barca, or Cervantes himself live in the Barrio de las Letras. Today it is one of the main attractions of Madrid. The area is home to museums, art, restaurants, and bars. Perfectly communicated, located in the same exit of the metro station "Antón Martín", in the vicinity of the ATOCHA station, this apartment is located five minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of Madrid: Plaza de Santa Ana, from Sol or from the Plaza Mayor.

Cool ,urban top floor loft at Malasña's heart.

I wanted to create a unique open space combining modern layout features, trendy furniture, traditional details and above all top qualities. The result is a very spacious and bright loft where the colors, wood, tiles, iron beams and plants, merge magically with the natural sun light. The extreme peace and quiet contrast in harmony. It reflects all the love and care I put into it. Is definitely a place that stimulates your senses and puts you on the right mood to discover such an amazing city.

This modern penthouse with original wood beams with a beautiful planted terrace, nested on the top floor of a 1900 building will enable you to unwind with beautiful views after a day walking in the city. It is very quiet and super comfortable. You will find everything you need to spend a wonderful time in Madrid. Best location, right in the center of Madrid! In the famous "Barrio de las Letras" - the literary neighborhood. Beautiful, clean apartment with lots of light in a historic building with elevator. Centrally-located with short walking distance (<10 mins) to all the major museums, Plaza Mayor, Royal Place, Puerta del Sol, Gran Via, Parque del Retiro, Atocha train station, etc. This apartment is facing a beautiful and peaceful courtyard. Nos encontramos en la Calle Carlos Arniches Nº 11 en pleno Centro de Madrid, a dos minutos del metro de la Latina, en esta calle ponen El Rastro todos los domingos, el apartamentos cuenta con habitación independiente, un baño completo y un espacio de salón con cocina Americana. El apartamento es superluminoso ya que tiene mucha luz natural tanto en salón como en la habitación. El apartamento cuenta con Wifi y Smart TV y todo lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda y agradable.

Unique and full of character. Perfect for cuples getaway, digital nomads, students or professionals looking for a cozy and bright place in Madrid with personality. Spacious and bright open-plan loft in the heart of Madrid's Malasaña district, located in the city center. The loft, formerly my photography studio, is in a building with few neighbors and an artistic atmosphere. Equipped with air conditioning and WiFi. 40 m² of space with exposed wooden beams and 5-meter ceilings.

Elegant loft apartment in the heart of the city, a few meters from the emblematic Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, El Rastro and other major tourist attractions. This beautiful apartment is located in the most central area of Madrid, next to Puerta del Sol. 3 balconies that provide light with views of a very quiet square. Just 30 meters from Puerta del Sol. The apartment is on the same floor (stairs of the photo just used as storage room). 1 DOUBLE BED and 1 SOFA BED (both in the bedroom) Heater for hot water (limited hot water).
