This stylish two-bedroom apartment is part of a building from 19th Century, and features all the conveniences of a new property whilst retaining the style and appearance of a more traditional apartment block. Céntrico y moderno apto. "La casa de la escritora"

Apartamento tranquilo y muy luminoso, dentro de una propiedad del siglo XIX totalmente independiente y a estrenar, perfectamente equipado en pleno centro histórico de Madrid. Malasaña es uno de los barrios más vivos de Madrid, situado al lado de la Gran Vía y cerca de la Plaza del Sol, cuenta con una oferta cultural y gastronómica muy variada, ambiente animado por las noches y tranquilo para pasear, disfrutar de sus terrazas al sol o ir de compras.
