A good stay to live with family members. And a responsive host !

If you are planning to Ooty don’t think twice. Just book and go the property and have an amazing experience. Rashmi and Surya were wonderful host ensured we were able to early checkin, had amazing home cooked meals, extra beds, mattresses, etc. We were group of 6 with 2 kids and they ensured we got hot rasam, rice, Kanji everyday. Can’t wait to go back again!

I had a wonderful stay at Rukmani’s cozy home! The space was warm, inviting, and impeccably clean, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. We were lucky enough to find this place and had a wonderful stay for the length of 1 week. Everything matches the description and pictures shown on owners profile. And the owner is very responsive. If you are planning on a long stay in Mysore this would be a great place to settle in. In detail, the next door neighbors are extremely friendly and warmly supportive. The whole neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The Kiki park nearby is also great for anyone to have an afternoon walk. There are stores and restaurants within 15 minutes walk. I especially like the evening view from the south side seeing the vivid color changing of sunset. A great find for us.

One of best places in mysore for a family. Location is close to all attractions, clean , uncluttered . Ground floor is cool even in summer which is superb. Bathrooms are impeccable and have fine details taken care. Will definitely look for a chance to visit again

A special mention to Elsy, the caretaker, who was an absolute delight to interact with! Always available on just a call, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. And the food? Absolutely delicious! We were treated to some amazing meals, which really added to the overall experience. Overall, we can't recommend this property highly enough! I had a great time staying here as my base as I explored Mysore. Simran and her mother were very flexible, understanding and helpful, and I very much appreciated that. As hosts, they made my time in the city all the better! The house is spacious and off the main road, so it’s usually quite quiet at night, a good respite from the noise of the city especially during Dasara! There is a convenient bus to the city not far from the house, and Uber also worked very well. About 110 rupee to Mysore Palace by tuktuk (“auto”). They provide clean drinking water and there’s a place to hang your clothes outside. Some good vegetarian restaurants in walking distance. The house is fairly old, but apart from the electricity sockets which were a little bit loose for my devices’ connections, it was all pretty well-maintained and everything was clean. I’d stay again!

Had planned my trip early, my visit to Mysore after 18yrs felt as good I remembered. Thanks for Vasantha for letting our family stay at her place, the place was great and we had a great time staying. Will definitely recommend this to others.

The place was very clean and accessible, we were 4 people and the rooms and bed were comfortable to stay in. Has a working TV with OTT platforms, which was good enough for some leisure time. Definitely worth the price

Everything listed was present, and the place was superbly maintained and more functional than I could have imagined. The host was fantastic—responsive, kind-hearted, and extremely detail-oriented. The queen-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the power backup ensured we never had any disruptions. The standout feature is definitely the cleanliness—everything was spotless! The location, while slightly out of the city, is ideal if you have a vehicle. Overall, the property matched the photos perfectly and gave off a cozy, homely vibe. Great location, and the place is exactly as described. There is a market very close to it. Many shops, including Reliance Supermart, Apollo pharmacy and restaurants. Caretaker is very flexible and helpful. Overall highly recommended.
