I’d love to invite you to stay in my renovated Attic Studio, which has a private entrance, located in a family house surrounded by nature, yet just a stone’s throw away from the center of Český Krumlov. The house is situated in a very quiet part of the town, ensuring you a peaceful and uninterrupted stay. The accommodation is perfect for couples and families with children. If personal privacy is important to your group, I recommend reviewing the layout in advance to ensure it meets your needs.

Interiér je zcela nově zrekonstruovaný s důrazem na detail, pohodlí a funkčnost. Dominantou studia je prostorná a mimořádně pohodlná postel s kvalitní matrací, která zaručí dokonalý odpočinek po dni stráveném objevováním města. Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Hi! My parents decided to move out and left me this wonderful home with everything as if they were still living there! It is a cosy spacious Czech family home where you get to experience authentic life of locals in wonderful historical Cesky Krumlov Anyway I am looking forward to meet you! :] It is about 20 min walk to the town square! Quiet residential area on top of a hill FREE parking in front of the house! You’ll love my place cos of the views, the kitchen, the parking and me:D

Vítám Vás v tomto prostorném a klidném ubytování. Domeček se nachází v zahradě plné květin, stromů, jahodníků, hortenzií, motýlů a zpěvného ptactva. Sdílet s námi budete zahradu. Milujeme zvířata, přírodu a psíka Pátka, který u nás bydlí. LIPAA je 3 minuty od autobusového nádraží. Do centra seběhnete z kopce za necelých 10 minut. Parkování je v ceně, městská daň 50,-Kč / os./ den.
