Completamente ristrutturata posizione con vista mozzafiato sul Valdarno. Il piano terra è composto da soggiorno con due vetrate che danno sul patio, camino, divano letto, bagno con grande doccia e cucina moderna con isola in acciaio, con tre porte finestre per accedere alla zona pranzo esterna con bbq. Il primo piano è composto da due camere matrimoniali ognuna dotata del proprio bagno con doccia. Giardino è moto curato,ci sono vari angoli relax, prendisole è una piscina infinity ad idrolisi

Appartamento grande ,situato a San Mauro in Valle di Cesena, a due passi dal Centro storico. Zona giorno con cucina abitabile e salotto, bagno con doccia, zona notte dotata di due camere da letto (matrimoniale + tripla e un letto da aggiungere all'occorrenza). Zona terrazzo chiuso per fumatori. Entrata indipendente. Parcheggio gratuito. Luminoso e accogliente. Si affitta anche per pochi giorni. La colazione è fai da te: moka con caffè, vari tipi di tè, fette biscottate, marmellate e biscotti.

A 40km dalla riviera romagnola, ci si trova immersi nel pieno delle colline verdi e soleggiate dove oltre a rilassarsi nella piscina a disposizione( apertura estiva stagionale),si possono praticare diverse attività all’aperto, tra le quali il trekking, le escursioni in bici e tanto altro. A disposizione degli ospiti zona bbq e area attrezzata ombreggiata per cene all aperto.
