Casa Caere e' uno spazioso e luminoso seminterrato di 100 mq con entrata indipendente, composto da un ampio salone arredato di divano letto, cucina abitabile , due camere di cui una con il letto matrimoniale, la seconda con il letto a castello, un bagno finestrato e una stanza armadio. Nel patio e' possibile trascorrere del tempo e mangiare in quanto attrezzato di tavolo e griglia. La proprieta' si trova a due passi da tutti i servizi necessari (supermercati, farmacia, fermata di mezzi pubblici)

Santa Marinella si trova a 60 Km da Roma, che è facile da raggiungere in treno. La stazione si trova infatti a 700 metri, e i treni più veloci portano a Roma San Pietro in 35 minuti.
