Short walk to Ski Slopes, Snowtubing, Scenic Skyride, Dolan's Lake/Beach, Pickle Ball & Basketball Courts, Schoharie Creek, Fly Fishing, Hiking, Disc Golf, Stores, Eateries & Trailways Bus Stop. Murphy bed w/ full size comfy Casper Mattress, sectional couch, kitchen, microwave, electric wood stove, dinette, full bath, WiFi, Smart TV (no cable) w/Netflix, HBOGO, Pandora. No Pets/No Smoking or vaping in or on the property. Thanks

Enjoy to sleep with sky light !

The couple will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. it just renovated and just build it with an amazing hardwood floor, beautiful for one or couple to enjoy the night !!!my place is a mile to wynn hospital, downtown, utica auditorium, Utica University and Utica's best food places. I just add total 2 air conditioner and cover the sky windows to reduce the heat, and replaced the artic fan, so it is not too hot now. it you want to see the sky you can open it easy.

Lily Pad is the perfect vacation rental for two, in downtown historic Clayton! This “urban” zen–gem is one block from the River and the new River Walk. Walk everywhere - to restaurants ,parks, shops and museums. This 2nd story hide-away is nestled between River Yoga, Porch and Paddle, and River Rat Cheese. Off-street private parking. One bedroom, one bath queen with air-conditioning and River summer breezes. We use all-natural, organic cleaning supplies and home products whenever possible.

We are happy to share our vacation home, which we've lovingly prepared to share. Quiet 3 bedroom within a 5min walk to downtown restaurants, coffee, breweries, and shops. There are 2 full baths, dining room with seating for 6, living room (w/fireplace, board games, record player, & a beautiful view of the mountains w/o blinds), fully stocked kitchen (microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, flatware, utensils, pots, pans, prep utensils). Outside patio with table/chairs/umbrella and coal BBQ.
