Villa Alba, on the hill, by the sea.

The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

Villa, 5 mn del centro Fano

In a parc of 12 hectares of land which has 900 olive trees, we propose for rental a large and elegant villa which is ideal for up to 26 persons (7 bedrooms, plus a library room and 2 living rooms which can be used as bedrooms). There are 7 bathrooms. The villa has a tennis and a pool which is however closed in winter. It is located at 5 mn from the city center of Fano. Thank you ! On a side section of the villa, the appartement of the house manager who however ensures highest privacy of guests.

Piccolo attico (senza ascensore) vicino uscita autostrada. L'appartamento è fornito di garage privato. La zona è ben servita( bar -supermercato Conad- farmacia - negozi abbigliamento, cartolibreria , parrucchiera , banca. L'appartamento dista circa 2km dal mare. Fano si trova a Nord delle Marche e a Sud della Romagna per cui potrete raggiungere facilmente bellissimi posti turistici. Possibilità di fare bellissime escursioni di trekking. Ottima posizione per una sosta di un lungo viaggio.

Incantevole appartamento al quarto piano fronte mare, da cui è possibile ammirare l'alba e raggiungere le spiagge di Fano semplicemente attraversando la strada. Ubicato in zona Sassonia, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. L'alloggio è composto da un grande soggiorno con cucina a vista, 2 camere da letto (1 con letto matrimoniale e 1 con divano letto), un bagno e un piccolo balcone molto panoramico. Il giardino è l'ideale per apertivi, cene e fare scorazzare i bimbi. Ottimo per chi vuole vivere una vacanza senza il pensiero di spostarsi in auto, comodo a tutti i servizi (autobus per la stazione a circa 200 metri), al centro storico e alla spiaggia raggiungibile in soli dieci minuti a piedi.

Renovated apartment located in a privileged location just 100 meters from the beach. It has a bright living-room with a comfortable sofa-bed, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large kitchen. The kitchen is excellently equipped with oven, four hobs, fridge, coffee machine (italian moka), as well as a complete set of dishes, glasses and cutlery. There is a private yard for parking your car.
