The property sits on 20+ acres yet is only a 20 minute drive from Bandera (Cowboy Capital of the World) and Kerrville which offers many restaurants, art galleries, wineries, dance venues as well as the beautiful Guadalupe River Nature Trail! We are located in the heart of the Hill Country with live water on two sides of the property. You’ll love our home as it has 10 Acres nestled on 600' of Guadalupe river frontage. Our manufactured home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a large front porch, Party pavilion inclusive of hot tub, outdoor fireplace with fantastic couch seating, pool table, smoker, grill, outdoor dining for 12.
