The Collective on Fifth in Downtown Bentonville

We spent 9 days over Christmas week at this house in lovely Bentonville. This was our first trip to Arkansas, and we had plenty to do. We have a 6 month old, so the provided bikes were not used (but appreciated). We appreciated all the amenities, including a fully decorated Christmas tree! Plenty of dishes, baking tools, silverware, spice cabinet (empty bottle of cooking oil-which we didn’t need). Trash bags, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs were provided. We look forward returning in the future to Bentonville and to this house.

Bright home in the pines by trails - Deck/Hot Tub

This home felt welcoming from the moment we stepped in! From the ease of the front door key pad (the easiest one I’ve used!) to the serene surroundings, this house was a very welcomed escape! The house is well maintained and has all you need. Our favorite spot was the sunroom, even with the rain we could enjoy nature from that very comfortable space. Jocelyn’s recommendations were great and we took advantage of several including eating at a local Italian restaurant called Bella’s Table, which was very nice!

Little rustic cabin by the lake with HOT TUB!

My boyfriend and I (and our two small dogs) had such an amazing and relaxing long weekend at the cabin! We mostly hung around the cabin and checked out some of the nearby trails and parks. Everything was very comfortable! Desiree always answered messages super quickly while we were planning our stay (including when we extended our stay). Already hoping to plan another trip to the cabin! Thanks so much for everything!

We really enjoyed the location and the amount of space. Loved the 2 king beds and the bunk beds. Very well laid out. The kitchen and living room were very nice and the garage was handy to have, since it stormed while we were there. We wi stay here again.

This is my second time staying here, and it's such a gem! I actually booked it the day before because I saw they had an opening and wanted to enjoy some time away to rest and enjoy some quiet. I plan to come back again in the future. Also, grateful for the farm-fresh eggs she provided! Thank you!

This was truly a five-star stay. The property was absolutely breathtaking — peaceful, clean, and beautifully kept. Ronnie was so kind and welcoming, and everything about the experience was perfect. We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

Wonderful location! Lake and tree views everywhere in this beautiful home. Spacious, stocked, and ample bedrooms and beds to accommodate our large group. Wish it wasn’t so rainy so we could be outdoors more, but cannot beat the views. Easy drive into town. Highly recommend!

This was a great first-time stay at David's charming home on a visit to family. The place felt open and airy. Had everything we needed. Loved the turntable and great selection of vinyl records. We always appreciate it when the host provides all the household supplies that are needed for a weekend. The checkout checklist was the easiest we have ever experienced. This cute home met all of our needs!

Wonderful Spot in Fayetteville!!! Can easily walk to U of A Campus, Dickson Street, or Downtown to the square. Comfortable apartment, responsive host, good price. Will definitely try to book this place again the next time we are at George’s Majestic Lounge for a concert.

I’m really liking this building, and this area. We got the corner unit this time and I just loved the entire unit! The auto lights were a very nice touch. This unit is high end and spacious. Love the balcony and there is a courtyard for the guests in the building, down the hall, once you come through the gate. It’s close to (inbetween) the university, and downtown, but also away from the traffic. Walkable to so many places. Definitely keeping this on my watch list for the future!

For the price of a hotel stay at the local convention center (where our event was held), we loved Jason's place for it's space, unique styling, kitchen and ease of parking. You are in an eclectic group of other residential units (one is right below the rentable unit, an Airstream and a house on either flank) so would call this semi-independent housing. However, the windows have views of trees, the unit gets minimal noise from the residence below, and the amenities are excellent. We would stay there again if work calls us back to NW Arkansas.

We stayed for a couple of months while relocating. We loved our stay and have good memories. There's an impressive deck right outside the entrance that we spent a lot of time on. The bed was so comfortable - more comfortable than our bed at home. The bedroom and bath were spacious and we felt like we had everything we needed. Stephanie was a responsive host and went out of her way to take care of the couple of minor problems that came up over our extended stay. Considering these things, it was also one of the better values we found in the area for this length of stay.
