In addition to the 3 bedrooms it also has a sleeper sofa in the living room and a sleeper sofa in one of the bedrooms. The backyard has a privacy fence with a grill and outdoor furniture. It also has a fully furnished one-bedroom garage apartment available to rent along with the main house.

It is natural and primitive. Great for launching paddle boards and kayaks. There are also two boat launches 5-7 min from property and plenty of room to park your boat at the house.
