Modern mini-split heat pump cools, heats. Wood-burning stove. Set on 7-acre ranch w/hill country views,horses. Quirk Alert! Bathroom is accessed outside front door 25 paces to back of cottage. Open shower with rain head and wand. Exposed rock walls, concrete floor. No chemicals used so critter sightings possible.

Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

Spacious kitchen and living area with a large desk in the event you need to work. A key to the travel trailer and gate remote is provided to you so you can come and go as you please. The home has a fully equipped kitchen and there are several restaurants close by. The living room has a foldout couch. The den also has what the family called the napping couch.
