La villa, caratterizzata da ampie terrazze che si affacciano sul mare, è bifamiliare e divisa su due piani, completamente indipendenti l'uno dall'altro, al di là del giardino con l'accesso al mare e del piazzale d'ingresso. L'alloggio qui descritto e le foto che vedete sono del piano superiore. Il piano inferiore della villa, è di proprietà di mio zio e viene affittato solo in estate separatamente.
