Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Wir hatten ein paar ganz wundervolle Tage bei Sabina. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und hatte eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Sabina hat sehr gut geklappt und war total freundlich. Sie hat uns zu jeder Zeit Fragen beantwortet und uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung abgegeben, offen und hilfsbereit! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa ed è stato veramente molto confortevole trovare un ambiente caldo e pulito. Letti comodissimi e la casa è veramente bella . Ampio spazio esterno molto curato e cortile privato con parcheggio. La consiglio con estremo piacere a tutti ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un caro saluto torneremo presto a trovarvi.

I chose Villa Venere for its size and pricing. It turned out to be a lovely, sprawling home with warmth and comfort. Navigating amenities was a challenge but the host was helpful and responsive. I knew it was locates outside downton Rome but I was surprised to find it in a relatively isolated part of Rome's suburb. By that I mean, it was a significant distance to regular commercial activities. For it's price, it was a good deal but would ask anyone I recommend it to prepare to rent a car or at least have detailed bus maps.

What an amazing place in a prime location near the beach! We stayed overnight since we had an early morning flight the next day and were very pleased with the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail—from the check-in process to the local snacks and cleanliness—was praiseworthy. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Le logement correspond à la description et se situe à 15 minutes à pieds des jardins de la villa Borghese. Celeste est disponible et accueillante. Elle nous a aidé de résoudre une situation très embetante. Nous recommandons +++

El piso es muy bonito, tranquilo y puedes disfrutar un poco de naturaleza y aire libre . Daniela y su mamá han sido muy amables y resolutivas. Y el barrio es encantador con un poco de vida y muy gente local. Sin dudas lo recomendamos sobre todo para largas estadías ya que se descansa muy bien .

Jacopo's place was the perfect base for our stay in Rome. Beautifully furnished and decorated with all possible amenities, in walking distance to a subway station and private parking at the property. Jacopo was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and we hope to stay someday again.

What a stunning home for a visit to Rome. I found myself noticing new pieces of artwork throughout our stay. It is a beautiful place in a great location extremely close to the forum. Mattresses are firm which was great and we appreciated the AC and the tips for local restaurants, etc.

Neben dem Whirlpool gab es sogar ein Boxsack zum trainieren und eine PlayStation 3. Als wir angekommen sind hat uns Antonio sogar etwas zum Essen da gelassen und auch einige Getränke, wie Wasser, Bier und sogar Sekt. Kaffee war auch vorhanden. Also wirklich eine super Erfahrung und schöne Unterkunft gewesen!

We stayed for 3 days 4 people, had a great time. The place was clean, the bed and the couch were comfortable. Patio was a great addition, because kitchen itself is a bit small and patio comes handy when having a meal. The owner was very responsive, and gave helpful suggestions about places to go to. The apartment is great for a short stay. The living room is a bit on the smaller side, when the couch is open. But that wasn't an issue given we only had it open at night. Having two bathrooms was also a great addition. The kitchen was equipped with necessary cutlery, just make sure to check the cupboards in the living room too, because that where the plates were stored and we did not realize that until our last day. There was a bit of noise and cigarette smell at night from the neighbors, but nothing too distracting, just someone talking on the phone for awhile. Overall, definitely recommend and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment for our 5 days in Rome. Walkable to many sights, and close to a taxi stand for those that were a bit further than we wanted to walk. The neighborhood is very active, with lots of dining options. The apartment was a great size for our family of 3 (2 adults and a young child) with plenty of storage. Having a second bathroom/shower was a real perk. Although the street is busy during the day, it’s far enough from Navona that it was quiet at night. I would definitely recommend!

Heerlijk appartement met mooi terras en gezellige serre. Geweldig geleden in het levendige centrum van Trastevere. Wel heel licht ‘s ochtends doordat er niet alle ramen gordijnen hebben.

Sehr tolle Gegend die perfekt angebunden ist. Ich war schon mehrmals in Rom und würde immer wieder in die Unterkunft von Jochen. Das Viertel ist wirklich toll, man kann super schnell zum Bus um in die Innenstadt zu fahren, hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und tolle Cafes direkt am Piazza um die Ecke - Testaccio ist ein wahrer Traum! In der Wohnung war auch alles in Ordnung und sauber :)

Dank Andreas hat alles bestens und unkompliziert geklappt. Zusammen mit der tollen Wohnung in hervorragender Lage und dem bombastischen Wetter hatten wir eine herrliche Zeit in Rom. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

We had a fantastic stay in Rome and in Michael’s apartment. The apartment was very comfortable, stylish, clean and in a fantastic location just 5 minutes walk to the Forum and Colosseum. The views are amazing from the terrace. There are many good restaurants on the doorstep. Isabella and Michael recommended a lit of good places to eat and visit. A highlight for us was the Vespa with side car ride at night. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a great weekend in Rome. The apoartment was fantastic and the area had great restaurants and shops. Marianna was a great host and helped with transport and our other queastions. I absolutely recommend her and the apoartment!!

Marina’s place in Rome is a great spot, near the Vatican! Marina was always very attentive and very nice host. She always assisted us with whatever we needed and I hope to stay again in her lovely apartment.
