We rent a holiday apartments a bit uphill from apartment complex Gajac in a peaceful surrounding and nature near Zrće beach (20 min walk to the festival area and famous clubs - Papaya, Aquarius, Kalypso & Noa / only few minutes with a car). Beautiful Gajac beach is reached by a shortcut (800m), 10min walk and it will lead you to the nicest part of the beach with a great beach restaurant! Closest city is Novalja (2 km). House is located in Caska a small villagge near Novalja. Property is suitable for families with children as well as for young people who want to attend parties on Zrće beach. . Beach Caska is only few minutes walk and beach Zrće is 15 minutes walk from the property. There are restaurants on the beach Caska, and plenty of amenities on Zrće beach. Closest supermarket in in Novalja 2,5 km away from the house.We also have wine cellar where several sorts of wine and spirits can be bought.

Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

The Apartment is located in a quiet Part of Novalja. The City Center and the Riviera are just 9 minutes away on foot. In the immediate vicinity of the Apartment there are various Bars and Restaurants as well as Food Markets. The famous Party Beach "Zrce" can be reached by Car in 7 Minutes. In the Picture with the Map of Novalja (Močišćak Street) the Street that leads to the Parking lot is marked in Blue. The Apartment is accessible from both Sides.

Residence Jakov has apartments literally situated on the beach. They offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to the beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in St.Novalja. This appartment has beautiful view and below is the beach. Now we offer off season prices for September and even more lower for October (those months are very pleasant and peaceful to be in Stara Novalja)
