Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Unser Haus befindet sich in Antholz Obertal abseits des Dorfes in ruhiger und sonniger Lage. Wir sind umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern, die Sie zur Erholung einladen. Im Sommer ist unser Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere bewirtschafteten Almen und unsere schöne Bergwelt. Im Winter können Sie die perfekt präparierten Pisten in unserem Biathlonzentrum und auf dem schönen Skigebiet Kronplatz nutzen. Außerdem befinden sich auch noch zwei Rodelbahnen zu bewirtschafteten Hütten im Antholzertal.

Set in Valle Aurina, the holiday apartment "Stoana 3-3" offers guests a breathtaking view of the Alps. The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 4 people. Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday apartment "Oberhöhe Apt Talblick" is located in a very quiet area of Gemeinde Ahrntal. This 65 m² property consists of a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as cable and satellite TV. In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

Sie liegt mitten im Dorf - ein Supermarkt, Restaurants und eine Bäckerei sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Krimmler Wasserfälle sind nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Skibus ins Zillertal hält ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit dem PKW benötigen Sie ca. 10 Minuten zum nächstgelegenen Lift. Ein frei zugänglicher Skikeller befindet sich mit im Haus.
