Waterfront Cottage with Covered Boat Slip

We offer a covered boat slip. Peaceful & secluded, yet walking distance from town. Full kitchen w/dishwasher, Keurig, W& D. Please note that this is a place for those that love outdoors & has no air conditioning, wi-fi or cable. Verizon & AT&T in area. Fire pit outside. We are pet friendly but we've had a few instances that have resulted in us having to adopt a pet policy & pet fee. We charge $25/night, per pet, max of $250. Upon booking, call us & we will send policy form & collect payment.

Riverwalk 100 on Pine River

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Beautifully decorated townhome with gourmet kitchen. 2 Bedroom but can sleep 8. Right on the Pine river between Round Lake and Lake Michigan. Short walk into town for restaurants, shopping, concerts, marina, Beach. You are right in the middle of it all. Our space is 5 minutes from downtown Sutton’s Bay, right on beautiful Lake Michigan Bay. Spectacular views with an amazing private deck. Everything you need for a memorable stay. Centrally located in Leelanau County for wine excursions, dining and shopping. Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is only a 40 min. drive. We are ten minutes from Traverse City, 18 from Northport and 14 minutes from Leland’s historic Fish Town. It’s truly a great UP North experience. (Possible road noise)

Vintage waterfront log cabin nestled among trees in a serene setting. Fully furnished interior, water facing deck with table/chairs, charcoal BBQ and bird feeder. Grounds include fish and boat houses, five boat docks, small sandy beach, lawn games, self powered water craft and powered rental boats. Community fire pits and firewood for sale. Excellent star gazing and occasional Northern Lights. Good fishing lake, tons of birds, deer, swans, beaver, otters, ducks, bears, etc.

Clearwater Cottage, a waterfront property in the Village of Northport, is just a short walk from downtown Northport and the Marina. This adorable 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage is fully equipped for your home away from home. This property rents for a minimum of 7 nights during the prime season (June 27 - Sept 4), with check ins on Friday. Shorter stays (minimum of 3 nights) are available outside of the prime season.
