Light-Filled Scandinavian Studio in Carlton North

A large light filled self contained studio home. Decorated with a scandi-minimalist palette. This well appointed home offers a full kitchen with induction cooking facilities, convection oven and all the equipment to prep a romantic meal. A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. Michele and myself are available for any questions, tall stories and any recommendations for what to do in Melbourne. Located within the greenery and parklands of Princes Hill and Historic Carlton, it's a short stroll to Rathdown Street village and the iconic "Little Italy" eateries in Lygon St. Then settle in for a movie at the local Arthouse Cinema Nova. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

Please Note: No parties or pets. My apartment is cosy, comfortable, yet very modern with up to date styling and appliances. Only metres from Lygon street eateries or a 5 minute walk into the the heart of Melbourne's CBD. Within a 2 minute walk to the Heritage Listed Carlton Gardens , stroll to vibrant Fitzroy , stunning Spring Street , Parliament House Fitzroy Gardens Iconic places surround you . Finish your day with a glass of wine on the terrace, with beautiful unobstructed city views.

The Stables, Fitzroy Nth - spacious, light filled

A uniquely Melbourne experience - perfect for an extended (or short) stay. The Stables were originally built in 1880 for the horses that serviced the Victorian home they are situated behind. The Stables have been converted into a spacious, sun-lit, private, fully self-contained accommodation over 2 levels with a shared garden and independent access (allowing you to come and go as you please). It is a short stroll to great food, leafy Edinburgh Gardens, public transport and bike paths.

UNIQUE AND UPMARKET Self contained apartment. The apartment has been converted from a warehouse and is on the ground floor. The space is modern, spacious, light filled and comfortable. Private access from a well lit bluestone lane, in the heart of Fitzroy, there are 2 good sized bedrooms (and a queen sofa bed on request) Quality linen and towels, with basic necessities supplied (organic/ sustainable/ local where possible). Brand new Borch dishwasher, oven, cooktop and range hood.
