Appartamento perfettamente localizzato a 400mt dal mare e 300mt dalla piazza centrale di Calasetta. Una ampia veranda con vista con tavoli e sedie, doccia esterna e camminetto ed un comodissimo posto auto interno. L’appartamento è composto da un bagno con doccia, ampia cucina con cucinino e 2 camere da letto (una matrimoniale+ letto singolo ed una con 2 letti singoli) + la possibilità di un divano letto nel salone. Casa unica per posizione in tutta la costa di Gonnesa. ATTENZIONE: sconsigliata a chi ha problemi di deambulazione per la posizione sul mare alla quale si arriva con un percorso a piedi di 100 metri in salita. IUN P5134
