Woodstock, Kingston, the Hudson River and hiking trails 15 min away.

The rugged primitive siding was harvested from on-site cedar trees; the knotty pine interior was locally sourced. Friends gifted a claw foot tub and historic farmhouse sink. Nestled into a private forested locus in the charming hamlet of Halcottsville, NY is SPACECRAFTX1 SANCTUARY, a transformed single wide trailer with walls of glass sliders that showcase the ultimate designer, Mother Nature with her majestic mountain vistas, perennial x calming Japanese rock gardens. SPACECRAFTX1 STARGATE (separate structure) is a wellness studio for yoga, pilates, barre x meditation with an infrared sauna with chromotherapy for a “Design Your Own” self-care retreat experience.

Runamuk Farm

Picturesque location on farmland with views of the mountains. We are a micro farm. Wake up and watch the sunrise and go for a short hike on the property, and get to know the animals. We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of our camp.

Our home is a close drive from Hudson, Kinderhook or Chatham, NY and a ten minute walk to the Hudson River and a boat launch. Enjoy miles of country roads for walking and biking and our nine acres through meadows and woods on mowed paths. Guests have access to an Adirondack style cottage overlooking a pond. Close to numerous restaurants, galleries, antique shops and cultural activities. This property is good for couples, a group of friends and families.
