Two bedroom apartment in a small residence with a swimming pool, located on the west side of Cap d'Antibes, 2 minutes walk from the Port de l'Olivette, the beaches and in particular the Plage des Ondes. The apartment consists of an entrance, living room and dining room opening onto the terrace which bypasses the apartment, kitchen, one bedroom (air-conditioned) with bathroom and one bedroom (air-conditioned) with shower room opening onto the furnished terrace . Parking space in the residence.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit einer offenen Küche sowie 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine große Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll-lässig. Der großzügige Balkon ist auf das Meer ausgerichtet und hat (fast) den ganzen Tag Sonne. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.

The interior layout and opening to the terrace create a more than ample amount of hosting with enough secluded space inside. The view is over the main street leading down to a scenic seafront landscape. It’s surrounded with some amazing local restaurants, bars, markets, transportation, beach and Old City, the town's oldest part.

Cette maison est bâtie sur 3 étages avec un sous-sol (salon). La cuisine au rez-de-chaussée est entièrement équipée, la premiere chambre avec sa salle-de-bain au 1er, une autre chambre au 2eme(avec SDB aussi). La terrasse est au dernier étage. Clim à tous les étages (sauf le sous-sol) et Wi-fi.

There is no kitchen, but a barbecue and everything you need to eat while enjoying the sea view. You can have breakfast while admiring the yachts moored at the foot of the house. Large private swimming pool. The sea is right in front of the house. We lend bicycles and paddleboards.
