Graziosa mansarda in posizione strategica vicino al mare, a tutti i servizi e al centro della cittadina di Caorle, meta ideale in ogni stagione dell'anno. L'appartamento è dodato di un ampio terrazzo protetto, ideale per rilassarsi e pranzi/cene in compagnia. L'accesso è al piano 1° dove si trova una zona di disbrigo comoda per lasciare l'attrezzattura da spiaggia e la casa si sviluppa tutta al 2° piano. Da Giugno a Settembre 2026 l'appartamento non fornirà lenzuola e asciugamani per gli ospiti.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

My apartment overlooks the sea, you'll enjoy a stunning view. From the large terrace, beyond the private pine forest, there is the beach and the sea. It is located at the 5th floor of a building with lift. It is very bright and all bedrooms and the living room overlook the sea. During the night you’ll be lulled by the sound of waves on the shore. It 'absolutely perfect for a romantic couple as it is ideal for a family with children.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
