Things were great! The house was great exactly like pictures. Jets did not work in hot tub which was a little disappointing as this was not stated upon booking. The only issue I had was there was trash left in the home by the stairway and cigars and cups left all over outside in pool area. Trash bins were filled to the top and there was no where to place our trash but on the ground. Other than that things went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay but expected everything to be emaculate for the price of 1600 for a weekend.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was quiet, secluded, and very comfortable—perfect for our family of five. Despite the peaceful setting, there was plenty to do nearby and great restaurants just a short drive away. We had a slight issue with the pool, but Brandi, our host, responded quickly and took care of it right away. Great trip overall—wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Absolutely perfect stay! This home in Dripping Springs far exceeded our expectations and was hands down the best Airbnb experience we've had compared to other places our friends stayed in the area. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail was overlooked. The house itself is immaculate, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully designed — we felt right at home the entire time. The highlight, without a doubt, was the pool. The view from there is absolutely breathtaking and made for such a relaxing, peaceful escape. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the tranquility of the pool area is unmatched. The check-in process was effortless — so simple and stress-free. Honestly, if you’re staying anywhere near Dripping Springs, I HIGHLY recommend this home. It’s an absolute gem, and I know we’ll be back! 10/10!

This is a fabulous place just up the hill from Barton Springs in one of Austin's best neighborhoods. Spacious, clean, lovely bathrooms, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, books/toys and a great pool are among our favorite things about this home. Excellent & responsive communication from hosts. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house with plenty of space.

You can’t be the location with Gruene only a mile and a half away. Deer roaming through the neighborhood and the sound of the river off the elevated porches added to the experience. Recommendations for meals were also spot on. Only regret was the pool was too cold for our use.

Howard was a great host. He was responsive and went out of his way to drop off an iron when we didn’t find one in the house. The house was well located and had a large pool with a spacious outdoor patio. Would recommend.

The Rock House is quiet and comfortable and as described/pictured. It's easy to spend time there -- relax on the porch, watch birds and wildlife, see the stars (or maybe a lunar eclipse!) at night. We were glad we brought our binoculars! The location near Blanco was a good central base camp for our day trips exploring the Hill Country. Kent and Sherry are great and their local recommendations were super helpful.

Westview Retreat is a great location for hiking and boating. Though the lake is at an all time low due to a drought, the community was informative and boating company we used to rent a pontoon were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and best areas to venture. Westview is a quiet neighborhood and a short distance from great hiking. The amenities and home felt like home, very clean, comfortable, and easy to maintain. Appliances and furniture uptodate and overall cozy. Definitely need to visit again.

Had a weekend stay with my friends and the pictures do NOT give this home enough credit! It is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! They had the house very clean and very well set up, there are Tvs in every room, good AC, wifi, washer/dryer and plenty of beds and rooms. We ate outside in the shed and later sat by the campfire! We even saw deers by the front stairs and fed them fruits! Definitely will be coming back for sure❤️ Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home🥰

Our family was in town from multiple states for a wedding and 3 days of activities. This was the perfect home for our needs. Dusty was quick to respond to our request for an earlier check in and last minute addition of our daughter’s dog. The fenced in backyard was a happy discovery. I highly recommend this comfortable home and amazing hosts.

We selected this rental for our Daughter's graduation weekend from Texas State University. We had multiple family coming from all over the state and even as far away as New York. Having a peaceful, private place for us to stay together, laughter together and celebrate together was highly important. Both Haleigh and Collin did all they could, as quickly as they could to make sure all our needs and wants were met. The communication was beyond excellent and although there were a few hiccups related to rain before we arrived, all things were taken care of immediately. The rental was a tad further out then I originally expected, but it was well worth the drive and nice being away from the city. We were also blessed with a few critters around the property (which we loved)! Even the lightening bugs came to say hello. This is a cute 3-bedroom home that has been beautifully updated and was incredibly comfortable for our family of 10. Certainly recommended!

Stayed in town for a concert and normally would go out afterwards, but the house was so cute we decided just to hang out there for the evening! It was comfortable, well-decorated, spacious enough for the four of us and the backyard pool was an added bonus. Would definitely rebook again! Thank you!

Our stay was great with the whole family. Kevin was responsive and helpful.

The house and the yard was fantastic. It has a large kitchen, and living area . The sofa was so comfortable, nice and had plenty seating. I now want to go buy one just like it. The kids room was great. They had a tent with toys in which my 2 year old niece. The outdoor deck and fenced in yard was my favorite. My little corgi dog was so exited to run around and go stare at the cows and neighbors dog. There is a play scape/funhouse, tree swing , and a zip line. We got to see the cows in the back twice and they are beautiful . Amber left snacks for the kiddos by and keurig coffee supplies and tea. The beds were comfy and had soft quilts instead of thick comforters. Everything was very nice and clean and kid and dog friendly .

I am leaving the review based on hubby's feedback since he was lucky enough to stay here although I couldn't. He's usually so unimpressed and nitpicky, and I heard NONE of that after his stay at Brandon's. He said it was nice, quiet, and a chill place to hang out. That doesn't seem like much, but for my Mr. Critical Reviewer--that's a GLOWING endorsement. I knew it must be good when he said that we need to remember this place if booking in Austin and even said we should MAKE an excuse for an Austin visit since the place was so nice. Ummmm, WOW!

This home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and just overall awesome! I loved that it was pet-friendly and I was able to bring my Frenchies with me, they felt right at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I’d definitely come back again!

The house was amazing and felt like a home away from home. It was easy to get to and the weather was great so we were able to enjoy the outside amenities.

Our daughter got married at the Preserve Canyon Lake, our Air BnB was a great location for our event. We hosted our family and out of town guest and it was perfect!

This is a great place to stay. We have stayed in both houses and both are very nice and clean. We love the location!! It is very peaceful and serene with the sound of the fountain going in the fish pond. We think the animals roaming around add to the atmosphere of the place and are entertaining to watch and to feed. Extremely peaceful place. We where on a month work trip and the home felt very safe . No neighbors or nosy neighbors. Being that we where up to 6 men, very private to rest comfortably. Thank you for your trust in us. 🙏🏼
