Hot Spot on Comal River. Best Location in town.

This condo is about 50 yards from the beautiful year round 72 degree Comal River and about three blocks from central New Braunfels. The place is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Always free off street parking (two vehicle maximum) and limited covered parking on first come first serve basis. Nice elevator a few steps away. There will be an additional $40 per animal (total) Pet Fee that you will be charged after booking. No extra guests or visitors unless approved by owner.

This 3rd-floor, 2-bed, 2-bath condo sits with a balcony overlooking a large expanse of luscious lawn shaded by pecan trees and a large beach entry pool near the rivers edge.You'll enjoy two pools(heated)and 4 hot tubs. This centrally located condo is close to everything and perched above the Comal River in New Braunfels. You will have access to a private riverside park with private access to the River and on site swimming pool. Schliterbahan is across the street. You are in walking distance to Naeglin’s Bakery (oldest bakery in Texas), Krause’s Restaurant and Bier Garten, Civic Center or the Platz. Close to the Wursthalle and Landa Park. Short drive to Gruene Halle. No balcony closer to the Comal river.

Come and stay at our beautiful lake view condo on your next visit to the Texas Hill Country. Our newly renovated condo is located just a block from Canyon Lake and minutes from the Guadalupe river. Wimberly, San Marcos, Gruene and New Braunfels, are close enough for day trips or for dining. We are 10 minutes from Whitewater Amphitheater. Bring your boats! The lake is full. Boat parking is available.
